A 6 years old patient referred to us from Paktiya with a history of facial lacerations and dentoalveolar fracture of upper jaw. Patient got injured due to fall of corrugated iron sheets from a height of almost 5 meters. Patient had already got his facial lacerations stitched somewhere in primary health care service.
Patient had numbness in right half of upper lip and ipsilateral nostril.

TREATMENT PLAN: Splinting of dentoalveolar fracture and revision of facial lacerations repair.

A 54 years old female patient referred to us with a complaint of soft tissue growth on the Junction of hard and soft palate. The lesion was noticed almost 7 months ago when it was small in size. Lesion was soft and painless and sometimes bleeding occurred.
No history of to***co, smoking or alcohol use.
Clinical examination showed no lymphadenopathy.
Patient was treated

Diagnosis: Biopsy proven CANALICULAR ADENOMA

TREATMENT PLAN: Excision of the lesion with safe margins.
