Powerlifting Prep Seminar
This Saturday @ 10AM at Fit Squad

Leading up to our in-house Big-3 mock powerlifting meet (squat, bench & deadlift), we’re hosting a seminar to help you feel prepared, confident, and ready to crush it on the platform.

What you’ll learn:
• Foundations of barbell strength 💪
• How the mock meet will run & what to expect 🏋️
• Programming principles: frequency, intensity & recovery 📈
• How to structure 10 weeks of training with top & back-off sets 📅
• Key technique cues & how to target weak points 🎯

👉 Lifters of all levels who want deeper insight into powerlifting training

We’ve expanded our hours across the board — and Off-Peak just got a major upgrade.

New Extended Schedule (Effective Immediately):

🕔 Full Access:
Mon–Sun | 5AM–Midnight
(+1 hour earlier, +1 hour later than before)

🕘 Off-Peak Access:
Mon–Fri | 9AM–4PM & 8PM–Midnight
Sat–Sun | 5AM–Midnight (that’s full-day access on weekends!)
💡 +1 hour earlier, +1 hour later than before

Whether you’re handstand-curious or ready to level up your freestanding game, our Handstand Workshop is built to boost your strength, balance, and confidence—one drill at a time.

Here’s what we’ll cover:
✅ Wrist prep + mobility drills
✅ Shoulder positioning, strengthening & hanging routine
✅ Line drills to reinforce alignment
✅ Lower body mobility (with a focus on mid-split work)
✅ How to safely walk up or kick up into a handstand
✅ Chest-to-wall handstands: finding your line while inverted
✅ Back-to-wall kick-ups: technique & control
✅ Straddle and staggered handstand holds

Date: Saturday April 19th from 10am to 12pm.

Location: Fit Squad Training Gym: 111 Peter Street, Toronto, ON.
