“Over the past year, I’ve been working to overcome lower back issues, sciatica, and plantar fasciitis. Training with Jason Fernandes twice a week on a focused strength program has helped immensely. My overall strength, mobility, and stamina have radically improved, allowing me to lift weights I never thought possible. Combined with cardio and independent stretching, I'm finally back to cycling and golf.

Staying consistent and pushing myself made all the difference, and I’m excited to keep improving my fitness!”
