Hello mamas, I’m back!!!

The fall season is upon us and I couldn’t be more excited to announce that I will be teaching live Essentrics classes once again! has been so kind to welcome me in-studio as I complete my apprentice hours toward my Level 3 certification. And, since I need your help in doing so, I’m offering reduced pricing!

ESSENTRICS
for Post-Labour Recovery

OPTION 1: Wednesday time slot
• September 14th - November 9th
• 9:30-10:30am every Wednesday
• 9 classes
• $108 (tax included) = $12/class

OPTION 2: Saturday time slot
• September 17th - November 12th
• 9:30-10:30am every Saturday
• 9 classes
• $108 (tax included) = $12/class

OPTION 3: Wednesday & Saturday time slots
• September 14th - November 12th
• 9:30-10:30am every Wednesday & Saturday
• 18 classes
• $180 (tax included) = $10/class

NOTES:
• registration opens Saturday, August 27th and closes end of day Friday, September 9th.
• 8 spots available for either option (or both classes)
• any mom in post-labour recovery, cleared by your doctor for low-impact, full body exercise can join (that includes you if you’re far into postpartum and still need help rebalancing your body)
• unfortunately, due to the nature of the workout, no babes permitted (if this is a non-negotiable DM me to discuss)

On top of all that, this will be an interactive series…what that means is upon sign up you’ll receive the following:

• an intro to Essentrics PDF to familiarize yourself with the workout before beginning
• weekly email with at-home stretches and lifestyle recommendations to balance your workouts and keep you motivated
• access to a WhatsApp group chat to stay connected and ask questions for the duration of the series
