Meet June’s adoptable dog of the month — Molly! 💙
At 7 years old, Molly is a wonderful walking companion who takes everything in stride. Fire trucks, noisy lawn mowers, and other everyday distractions don’t faze this confident girl, making her a joy to explore the neighbourhood with.
Molly can be a little vocal when meeting new people—it’s simply her way of announcing herself. In her kennel, she may seem nervous at first, but once she’s out on a walk, she completely transforms. She settles into “business mode,” looks to her handler for guidance, makes excellent eye contact, and happily accepts gentle pets from people she trusts.
Molly also shares a special friendship with another dog, Maple – a 10 year old golden gentleman. While they aren’t considered a bonded pair, they truly enjoy each other’s company. In a perfect world, they’d find a home together.
To adopt Molly visit Toronto Humane Society at 11 River Street and speak to an adoption agent. Adoption and animal viewing hours are Monday – Friday: 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday – Sunday: 10:00am to 6:00pm.
