Are we in a bad market? 🤔

Well… it depends who you ask.

For buyers, it’s not that bad. As prices are down = downpayment is less.

If you own with an adjustable variable rate mortgage, then it’s not great.

If you’re a cash buyer, you’re very excited.

If you’re upsizing, then you like the fact that prices are coming down more on higher priced homes.

If you’re cashing out or downsizing, then things don’t look that good right now.

If you’re a renter, this sucks.

Perspective is important.
