As a Financial Service Representative, you have the opportunity to work with an array of clients to help them establish a road map to their future financial success. The financial needs analysis process reviews the client's financial circumstances and objectives and develops appropriate strategies and solutions to meet their short-term and long-term needs.

What will you do?

• Work with clients to assess their future financial needs regarding significant life events such as starting families, sending children to college, moving, and retiring.
• Conduct reporting and relevant analysis using results to conclude, make recommendations and continually assess the effectiveness of programs, policies and practices.
• Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive and service-oriented work environment.

You must have:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and independently, provide assistance and build relationships.
• Fluency in a second language is an asset.
• Basic understanding of government programs and policies, including but not limited to Registered Accounts, Cash Accounts and Trust accounts.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-oriented position
• A diploma or Bachelor's degree is an asset.
