Designer Deck Inc.
Colour consistency is not an accident. It is a process.
In this video, we are showing how we achieve colour consistency in our recycled plastic boards, batch after batch.
Because when you are investing in balcony, terrace, or rooftop flooring, you should not have to worry about mismatched tones or boards that look different once they are laid out.
Consistency is what makes the final space feel polished.

From landfill-destined plastic to a finished deck tile in minutes. ♻️🏭
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how Designer Deck recycled plastic tiles are made. We start with ground recycled plastics and blend them using a proprietary formula. Then the material goes into the extrusion machine hopper, where a rotating screw moves it through a series of heated zones.
As the plastic melts, pressure from the screw drives it into the mold. After cooling, the boards are pulled, finished, and ready to become durable, low-maintenance outdoor flooring.
The best part? We can produce 1500–2000 boards a day, turning unwanted plastic into something built to last for years.
