Pinewood Community Pool is a comedy/drama that follows the witty, yet anxiety filled Olly Perera, as she embarks on her first job at the local community pool. With a wide array of personalities and the influence of her overbearing mother, Olly will need to learn how to navigate the trials and tribulations of workplace hierarchy and teenage rebellion.

CASTING:
Olly Perera, 18 to 30 - (South Asian) 2nd Gen Sri-Lankan heritage, Female
-An anxious and eccentric teen girl looking to prove herself at a new summer job.

Alessia Morrisseau, 18 to 30 - Indigenous, Female
-A highly driven and confident lifeguard with no time for bu****it.

Rasa Perera, 30 to 50 - (South Asian) 1st Gen Sri-Lankan heritage, Female
-Rasa is a caring mother who won’t hesitate to go the extra mile for her daughter, but fails to understand the complexities of Olly’s social anxiety in relation to her own teenage experiences.
