Taking place on Sunday at the there are plenty of fibre farms, indie dyers, tool and notion creators and yarn adjacent craftspeople to visit. Support your local fibre folks and grab a baked goodie from Shannon’s Bakeshop while you are at it.

I had to take a few days to catch up on things after the wonderful weekend we had at Landmade.
We were just the beginning of the season for finding and supporting your local fibre farmers.
hosts The Hamilton Fibre Market on March 22 at - you can find not only lovely locally grown fibre but there are plenty of indie dyers and tool/notions makers.
It’s worth visiting Hamilton for- there are plenty of smaller and emerging fibre businesses at this market as well as some of well-known favourites.

This group of ladies also made the weekend possible. They unloaded cars and loaded them back up again, skirted wool, sold t-shirts, sold fibre for absent farmers, talked to everyone and then cleaned it all up. A heartfelt thanks to (and of course Mr. Jenny) (and Carpenter Andrew) Jenevieve and Linda - I appreciated you every minute.
