At Prepr, we believe lifelong learning can open new paths, spark new thinking, and shape how we show up in our work and leadership.

This World Book Day, we asked Prepr leaders what they've read that has shaped the way they lead, build, and learn!

Which book has shaped the way you work and learn lately? Tell us in the comments πŸ‘‡

Book We Mentioned:
πŸ“— "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. Small, consistent actions compound into meaningful change.
πŸ“—"The Brain That Changes Itself" by Norman Doidge, MD. Capability isn’t fixed; it grows with the right environment.
πŸ“—"You Want Fries With That?" by Prioleau Alexander. Own your career path before someone else defines it for you.
πŸ“—"Nine Lies About Work" by Marcus Buckingham and Ashley Goodall. Great workplaces are built by paying attention to how people do their best work.
πŸ“—"The Pragmatic Programmer" by Andy Hunt and Dave Thomas. Stop repeating effort, build systems that scale.

Canada has no shortage of innovation.

What we need is a workforce ready to apply it!

At last week, our team spent two days in conversations with students, educators, and employers and one theme came up again and again: Skills are built through experience.

Work-integrated learning.
AI fluency.
Human skills like judgment, communication, and adaptability.

These prepare people for the roles ahead!

Proud that Prepr was there as sponsors and hosted the Speed Mentorship Event, and grateful to the team for creating space for these conversations.
