Quand nous voyons d’autres personnes marcher, faire du vélo, jouer ou participer à un cours, cela peut nous donner envie de faire pareil. C’est ce qu’on appelle le climat social de l’activité physique : cet élément invisible qui fait en sorte que bouger semble possible, normal et attendu.
