Have you tried flossing your vagus nerve today?

These gentle movements when accompanied with breathing can help stimulate the vagus nerve: resetting your nervous system and letting you fully relax.

One branch of the vagus nerve is the auricular (ear) branch. Pressing here allows direct access to the nerve, helping us to rest, digest, repair and reproduce!
