There’s just something about a good overnight marinade that produces the most tender and juicy meats 👌. Here we have flank steak skewers marinated with ground chipotle, freshly ground pepper, soy sauce and cider vinegar and then drowned in Marsala wine overnight 🤪! These tender drunken pieces of heaven make for perfect grilling 😋. Cheers to the remainder of the weekend!
