Hosting has become a ritual for me—a gentle reminder of how good it feels to slow down and actually connect.

I started hosting because I realized how rare it’s become to simply gather at home. Between impossible reservations and meals that cost a fortune but leave you wanting more, we’ve lost that quiet joy of a shared table.

Somewhere along the way, we got used to “the scene” instead of the soul. We traded staying in for staying out, and I wanted to reclaim that space.

Follow along as I share the rituals, lessons, and tiny details that make hosting feel less like a chore and more like a gift.

The first ritual: Podi & Pepper. A South Indian inspired evening that brought the heat, the spice, and the heart back to the table.

I’d love to know: What is the first thing you notice when you walk into someone’s home for dinner?

Turned my kitchen into a little café today.
Fresh coffee brewing, freshly baked bites, slow conversations, and that golden light.

Sometimes the best cafés are the ones you create at home. 🤎
