Sticking to the basics & feeling stronger each lift. I have really made an effort to focus in on the movements I want to improve on and only one week in I can already tell the benefits of following this program 👊👏

I have not seen this kind of definition in my legs since I was so skinny it looked like I had definition everywhere 😅

Hip thrusts, deadlift variations, squats, lunge variations, leg press are my go to leg movements. I’m currently doing lower body 3x per week to grow them legggggs 🍑🤩
