Hi friends,

Today marks three years without my sister and this day is always a hard one for me. Grief is both the most beautiful and painful process to live through and no part of it is linear. I like to reflect on the strength and courage this has given me, while reminding myself to live my life to the absolute fullest, to cherish every moment my heart continues to beat, and to love my friends and family with my whole damn heart.
I’ve learned a lot in the last three years and all I can say is…make the scary decisions if you feel stuck, get out of that unhealthy relationship, book that trip, call your mom, stop spending time with people who drain you.

Please please please do whatever makes you truly happy. xo
