Milner Contracting

It’s been a long while since I posted anything, lately things have been hectic to say the least. This is what we’ve been working at - smaller custom home we’ve been framing right across from lake simcoe. Working with some amazing local developers to make their vision a reality… 1700 square foot custom build 3 floors of liveable space, open concept, amazing covered porch and some fun cantilevers to frame- steps from the lake with a larger one three lots down coming next. We’ve been concentrating on getting this one ready for roof and it’s almost there. Stay tuned for more progress and hopefully another new build!!!

Another job complete… 30’x20’ covered patio, all lvl’s. excavation and footings in on the next two. Big deck and another porch roof coming soon plus a slab or two!!! Message for quotes, currently booking late august. We also do sheds, decks, additions as well as trim work and any custom carpentry.

Deck transformation in Brampton. working with another great customer to completely transform their outdoor living space. Managed to save and reuse much of the existing deck to create a new, larger, cleaner looking space while keeping costs low and keeping lumber out of the landfill. Removed all rot, rectified the entire structure and added privacy wall/fence along with all new decking and hand rails.
