2SLGBTQ+ Community Yoga will be coming back on January 13! Join us every Tuesday, from 6 to 7 pm at The 519 [519 Church St.]
The practice includes a short meditation, optional breath work, and gentle physical yoga postures. Mat and cleaning supplies available, TTC tickets upon request, light snacks provided, dress comfortably.

The Connecting Families Initiative (CFI) is a Government of Canada program that provides affordable home Internet services and discounted digital devices to eligible low-income Canadian families and seniors.
Seniors in Canada who receive 80% or more of the maximum Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) may qualify for the program, and will receive a letter from the Government of Canada explaining how to register.

Eligibility:
- Families receiving the maximum Canada Child Benefit (CCB).
- Seniors receiving 80% or more of the maximum Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS).
Registration:
No application is required. Eligible individuals will receive a letter from the Government of Canada with an 8-digit access code.
Recipients can register at www.cf-fb.ca using their name, address, and access code.
Low-Cost Internet Plans:
Plan 1: $10/month (plus tax) for up to 10 Mbps download speed, 1 Mbps upload speed, and 100 GB of data.
Plan 2: $20/month (plus tax) for up to 50 Mbps download speed, 10 Mbps upload speed, and 200 GB of data.
Discounted Digital Devices:
Eligible participants can access refurbished laptops, computers, tablets, and other electronic devices through the Computers for Schools Plus program, subject to regional availability.
