Some before and after of my latest work. We had 3 weeks. The tenants had been there for 8 years so there was a lot to do to get ready for the new tenants. It was exhausting and ofcourse there were some last minute issues but it worked out!! Next! BTW 9 different paint colours in one small house😐what were they thinking.

How I simplified my search for a new tenant. 1. Included all info and photos in online ad. 2. Required application to be completed before scheduling a viewing. This allowed me to verify all info and move forward only with those who qualify. 3. Advised applicants to be prepared with deposit and ready to sign lease at viewing. I did ONE viewing and found a great tenant! This saved me so much time and minimized intrusion with the current tenants!!
