If you’re reading this post, there’s a good chance you’re on track to be “sandwiched”: faced with the responsibility of caring for both young children and aging parents, at the same time. But a lot of the time, the “aging parents” bit falls by the wayside.

Yes, planning for your kids’ futures is incredibly important. But in all likelihood, your parents will need your Aging & End of Life Plan much sooner than your children will. As they get older, they’re going to start needing more support from you—logistically, financially, and emotionally.

🥪 Plan for this part of the sandwich. Make sure you know how you’re going to support your parents when they start to need it. The alternative is to be caught off guard—and that’s not good for anybody.
