My daughter turned one yesterday, and reaching that milestone has given me a new perspective on life. Fatherhood has filled my days in ways I never could have imagined. While there is beauty in that fullness, I've also learned the importance of stepping back, breathing, and allowing life to unfold rather than trying to control every outcome.

That idea sits at the heart of Cottage Flow. It's about rolling with the punches, one musical phrase at a time. Accepting what is, even when things aren't going your way. So much of our stress comes from resisting reality instead of allowing it.
