It’s .
There are endless amounts of groups doing great charitable work, but here are a few of my favorites:

- dedicated to advancing children’s rights and equality for girls, especially in times of crisis.

- first responders when it comes to children’s rights to learn, play and enjoy a childhood that is protected, despite their environment.

- independent organization that provides medical aid and preventative care in locations of epidemics, conflict and natural disasters.

- advocates for and supports individuals and families who are directly impacted by this devastating, incurable neurological disease.

- provides peer-led support programs to help grieving individuals and families.

💕

If any of these tug at your heartstrings, please Google the names for more information on how you can ❤️

Be honest:
Which one most accurately describes your work flow? Do you know the difference between what’s urgent and what’s not? What’s important and what’s not?

🤔

The majority of us go about our days operating in squares 1, 3, or 4, either constantly putting out fires in panic mode. Or we live on the other end of the spectrum where we tend to waste time by mindlessly surfing, scrolling and swiping the hours away, feeling disengaged, uninterested and completely bored.

Neo (square #2) is the where the magic happens. This is the optimal level of productivity, where you can get $hit done and still remain in the flow, using a calm, focused approach.

You’re the captain of your ship.
Decide how you want to steer your daily life, and consider what kind of time-wasters you’d like to minimize.

Some benefits of a healthy throat chakra include:
-creative self-expression without fear of criticism and judgment.
-living in your truth
-confident communication
-Ability to let go of the need for external validation.
-Can easily find the balance between listening and speaking.
-Can trust your instincts and act upon them.

💙

When this area is unbalanced, you may:
-be inclined to gossip and complain
- have trouble speaking up and speaking your truth.
-lack confidence, feel insecure and shy
-find listening to other people challenging
-lack integrity.
 - have an inability to get things done due to a lack of connection to your true purpose.

-unable to speak up in social situations or in contrast, be too overbearing in conversations.
-unable to truly listen to others with the need to always be right.

💙

Suggestions to strengthen your throat chakra:
-Connect to your INNER truth rather than speak from your ego through mindfulness.
(You do not have to always be correct in every conversations—-display kindness instead, while keeping your boundaries in place.)
-Write and say Affirmations aloud.
-practice Yoga Poses that directly address & open and energize the throat chakra: fish pose, shoulder stand, cat-cow, neck circles, and lion’s breath.
-Pranayama (circular) Breathing to stimulate the throat area and align your energy.
-Nature: Head out into an open, empty space and shout or sing. Don’t hold back.
-Wear Blue colors
-Eat blue/green foods
-Wear blue Crystals like aquamarine, lapis lazuli, turquoise, angelite, etc
-Use Visualization to see color blue growing larger and expanding around your throat and vocal cords. Feel this light cleansing your throat chakra.
