We are Looking for a seasoned Accountant with North American experience.
Fluent in English, reading, and writing is required and eligible to work in Canada.
The location is in the Jane and Sheppard area in North York. Please have an updated resume ready.

Timing: 8AM - 4/5PM
Position: Accountant
Pay rate on Sin: To be determined based on experience
Description:
To manage daily cash flows and bank accounts
To issue invoices and collect funds from American and Canadian customers
To verify bills and process payment in different currencies.
To record intercompany transactions and reconcile each account.
To set up and process payrolls for American and Canadian employees
To review inventory and work closely with purchasing staffs
To track and calculate capital assets and loan and leasing schedules
To make all accounting and inventory adjusting entries monthly, quarterly and annually
To prepare and report sales tax and payroll taxes for different jurisdictions
To prepare monthly financial reports to management
To prepare commissions and rebates for certain customers
To work with accounting firms for year-end

Requirements:
-Minimum 3-year accounting or bookkeeping experience required.
-Must be familiar with QuickBooks
-Knowledgeable of inventory management
-Aware of America and Canadian payroll, sales tax and income tax
