Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and difficult to put into words. This process-oriented group offers a supportive space to explore your experience of loss alongside others who are also navigating grief.

Together, we will focus on sharing and reflecting in the moment, allowing space for feelings to emerge and be expressed as they come. The group emphasizes connection, emotional processing, and the opportunity to both give and receive support.

This group may be helpful for individuals grieving the loss of a loved one, companion animal, relationship, or another meaningful life change.

- Space to express and make sense of your feelings
- Facilitated by a psychologist

Note: This is a process group rather than a structured skills-based group. The focus is on your lived experience and connection with others.

- Dates: Wednesdays — June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24 (with option to extend)
- Time: 9:00–10:00 AM
- Location: Virtual (link provided prior to the start date)
- Facilitator: Registered Clinical Psychologist
- Cost: $100 per session ($400 total for 4 weeks)
