Stephen Inc. is looking to hire an individual to assist with interior renovations.

Responsibilities would include:

Demolition
Framing (steel / wood)
Drywall installation and finishing.
Finished carpentry
Painting
Floor installation
Cabinet installation
Loading/unloading materials
Site clean up.
And much more.

Requirements:

Attention to detail is important.

Able to work and maintain a safe work environment.

Minimum 3 years construction experience.

Comfortable using hand and power tools.

Must have own basic tools. Tool belt, hammer, measure tape, drill, safety shoes, ear protection, safety glasses.

Transportation to job sites

Able to lift materials up to 65lbs
