Mobility works the same way as strength training. There are different levels & you progress over time with consistency. You need to meet yourself where you’re at and build slowly.
It doesn’t have to take 30 min. I actually love building in one mobility exercise during my rest for my working sets.
Or do a quick 5 min mobility session post lift. You have time.
Spend 1 min in each mobility exercise.
