Big congratulations to Jonah on his promotion to Leadership! 👏🏻🙌🏻

Jonah joined us at the end of September and quickly showed who he is, committed, all in, and willing to do what it takes. After accepting the role in Montreal, he quickly made the move to Edmonton once he saw the opportunity to work from anywhere.

Since day one, Jonah has been one of the most consistent performers on the team. Always showing up, putting in the work, and finding ways to improve. This promotion is earned through discipline, standards, and daily effort.

We asked Jonah a few questions about his journey:

1.⁠ ⁠How has your journey been with Pinnacle so far, and what experiences have stood out most?

My journey with Pinnacle has been eye-opening, to say the least. It’s helped me realize what I’m truly capable of by finally seeing real results and success from my efforts. With Pinnacle, that’s completely changed. My hard work is acknowledged and rewarded, and I feel genuinely valued for my work ethic. One of the most impactful parts of the experience has been working alongside driven, motivated individuals and having the opportunity to learn from them every day.

2.⁠ ⁠What do you believe separates this team and environment from anywhere else you’ve worked or experienced?

What truly separates this team from anywhere else I’ve experienced is the level of support and recognition for effort. Everyone genuinely wants to see each other improve every single day, and there’s a strong culture of accountability. What stands out most is how much people invest in each other’s growth. Leaders are willing to take time to support, guide, and push one another.

3.⁠ ⁠As you step into leadership, what standards are you setting for yourself, and how do you plan to impact the team around you?

As I step into a leadership role, the standards I set for myself have only grown. I’m committed to continuing to learn, staying consistent in my efforts, and leading by example every day. I also want to be someone who can mentor and support those who are just starting out. I’m excited about my future with Pinnacle and the impact I can have on the team as we grow together.
