Only a little bit left from Francy Castillo’s Gesha online and Pink Bourbon at the roastery. We had the pleasure of returning to Francy’s farm, Uberrimo, last season. It’s a stunning showcase of organic, diverse agriculture with a multitude of varieties.

An amazing person doing inspiring work in the field and in her community, Francy’s coffees have had a place on our menu for the last 4 years. We’re always looking forward to sharing her work.

For this season, we also worked with Francy and to separate additional coffees from the local market - a project we’re excited to share more about soon.

Join us for a session where we dive into our current menu and discuss and explore the varieties, origins and processes that make up the season.

This is an in-person tasting at our roastery located in the Stockyards area in Toronto’s west end.
