Do you believe that intelligence is not set in stone? 🧠🧐

Professor Carol Dweck at Stanford University spent decades studying how people perceive their ability and talent. She uses the term “Mindset” to describe the way people think about intelligence.

There are two perspectives about intelligence that exist on a continuum: growth mindset and fixed mindset. Research suggests that children with different mindsets tend to hold different beliefs about effort and difficulties and make different choices about learning.

Let’s explore the differences and the effects of mindset on children’s self-motivation!

Did you know that happiness is a skill and that it depends on yourself? 😃

We are all born with the same potential to be happy, but over time we become more demanding of what brings happiness. We believe that it's much easier to learn and make good choices in life when you are well. 🤗

📝 There is a study on a group of people since 1938 about happiness. The group was made up of men from Boston's poorest neighborhoods to Harvard graduates, including President John F. Kennedy. The main conclusion? About 40% of happiness comes from decisions we make in life.

Since happiness depends on each one of us, here we separate 8 habits for you to be happier. Why not start practicing now?
