The day always comes
it’s easy to push it off to another day or to the day that seems the best to start something new, or to start some thing at all but once that day comes, we realize it’s just as hard to start as any other day.
Try it a bit different this time. Instead of:
- cutting out sugar, gluten, cards, fat, treats, try to workout 5 days
TRY THIS:
- plan for your treats in advance
- keep the same meal but cut the portion
-if you haven’t worked out in a while, consistently, start with three times a week at 30 minutes
if you make your goals, smaller and realistic, you are more likely to achieve them, and feel accomplished and motivated to do more!
