How dads can hit 200g of protein
..in 3 MEALS

While I whip up an egg/ toast breakfast for my daughters

In another pan I'm making my omelet

While I make my daughters cheesy/ chicken quesidillas

I'm putting together my fajita wraps

While my kids eat tacos and barely sprinkle 93/7 beef

I'm making ANABOLIC TACOS with 18g of protein each

Some of the best parenting advice I've ever heard...

Since i can remember I've been "handing off" common daily tasks to my kiddos

- crack an egg into a bowl and whisk it
- peel an orange
- grab a stool and grab your own glass
- empty the dishwasher
- etc

The intent isn't to build soldiers

The intent is to build independent, competent adults

Without it you'll feel like they did before we started our program

- zero energy
- frsutrated to wear clothes 2 sizes bigger than in their 20s

All of this changed the moment we fixed their food.

Cheesy Egg Burrito

2 eggs
1/3 cup egg whites
30g fat free cheddar cheese
1 low calorie tortilla
+ 1 scoop whey (drink separately)

Chinese Chicken Stir Fry

6oz cooked chicken breast
+2 tbsp stir fry sauce
Chinese vegetable medley
2/3 cup cooked WHITE rice

Meat and potatoes

6oz cooked sirloin steak
1 small baked potatoes
1 cup cooked green beans

Night cap

3/4 pint of Halo Top ice cream
1 protein bar
