How’s everyone doing?

The last number of months have been the most difficult of my life.

As my mom’s health declined, and then losing her a few weeks ago, there were moments where I truly felt lost. Music, creativity, prayer, and meditation became the things that carried me through and helped me hold onto myself.

In the middle of all of that, I kept building this. I poured my heart into the upcoming music video for Tell the Stranger — a song about humanity, compassion, shared grief, and the kind of world we still have the power to create together.

I’m incredibly proud of what Elana Harte and I created, and I honestly cannot wait to share this visual journey with all of you.

Took myself (and Cowboy of course) on a nature hike, I needed a bit of connecting with earth and lots of green around me to sooth my still very raw emotions. And of course, stuff for an ice cream. ❤️
