🌸This week’s 🌸
SNOWDROPS
Something that many gardeners aspire to is an ever-blooming perennial garden throughout the entire growing season.
When I first starting gardening, I dreaded those gaps when nothing was blooming and there was so much anticipation when something was about to flower. Ideally, I could have ebbs and flows of flowers throughout the season.
That’s why I’m starting a new weekly tradition where I will document perennials in bloom every week in the Greater Toronto Area using ! 🎉
By the end of the season, we should have an inventory of perennials and when they bloomed to help us plan our perennial gardens moving forward.
Feel free to document your perennials blooms and use if you live in and around Toronto as well!
Together we can create an ultimate perennial bloom guide! 🙌🌷🌸🌺🌻🌼
This week, it was all about the snowdrops. These little white flowers work great in lawns and garden beds, and are such a hopeful sign of the spring season. Plant these in the fall for spring blooms the following year!
