Shinji is a contemporary Japanese restaurant inspired by the craftsmanship and material honesty of Japan’s celebrated denim industry. Through a carefully orchestrated lighting strategy and a restrained palette of indigo lime ash, ash wood, and stone, the design creates an immersive dining experience that prioritizes atmosphere, hospitality, and quiet sophistication over familiar visual clichés.
