Skin Institute Toronto is seeking an experienced medical/clinic receptionist with excellent communication skills. Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, and/or a family medicine practice is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate:

- has a passion for medical aesthetics
- is an adaptable, fast learner
- has exceptional customer service skills
- strong computer knowledge and experience with EMR software
- is comfortable with Microsoft Office programs
- has strong problem solving abilities
- can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities Include
- answering phone calls
- booking and confirming appointments
- responding to email inquiries
- completing daily EOD report
- following up with patients
- navigating EMR
- maintaining a record of product stock

** Training in customer care as well as core knowledge of procedures and products in the clinic will be provided.
