Life right now is so full of blessings.

It was a tougher week for Miss Astrid and I didn’t make the time to record an episode. Life for me right now is all about being as present as possible, and I don’t enjoy showing up insincerely.

Taking the pause also gave me the opportunity to pick the topic for next weeks episode, which I’m very excited to cover!
