Honored to attend the graduation ceremony for our Senior Executive team as they completed the Inclusive Leadership Training program—a program Yolanda Cole was fortunate to experience firsthand as it was being tailored for them. Their dedication to this journey, despite their demanding roles, is truly commendable.

But now, the real work begins. Completing the course is just the first step—implementing what they’ve learned over the past nine months is what truly matters. This is about creating a stronger, more inclusive workplace culture—not just for us, but for everyone who comes after us. A workplace where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
