Sometimes rooms can be awkward and people might not be good with space planning. Rooms tend to feel a lot smaller without furniture. How we place furniture can give buyers a sample of what's possible.

We love greenery, it adds a pop of colour to a neutral space. For staging purposes faux plants come in handy but we love if our clients have real plants. A few finishing touches like adding a decorative basket and a cute painting will easily transform a boring space.

Our favourite staging piece is definitely a coffee table. An empty coffee table is a definite no no in our books. Besides it's so much fun trying to display and organize our favourite trinkets. Whether it's adding books, candles, vases or flowers, all of these items can really tie a place together and create a more interesting visual appeal.
