Requirements:
•Minimum of 2 years in a staffing/employment/recruitment agency.
Description:
•To provide talent acquisition expertise on all aspects of recruitment, including:
◦Determining talent requirements according to business needs.
◦Development and implementation of recruitment plans.
◦Coordinating full recruitment cycle for each competition.
◦Assisting with the development of job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment strategies.
◦Preparation of interview questions, tests, and assignments.
◦Coordination of interviews.
◦Drafting offers for approval.
•Additional talent acquisition and recruitment-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
•Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
•Knowledge of HR principles and best practices, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment methodology.
•2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including planning and implementation of recruitment initiatives.
•Familiarity with relevant provincial and federal legislation.
•Proficient MS Office skills, including Advanced Excel (will be tested).
