1 1/2 Rye Whiskey
1/2 Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 Strawberry Syrup
3/4 Lemon Juice
1 dash of Aromatic Bitters
Lemon peel for garnish

Combine all ingredient in a shaker with ice. Shake. Pour into rocks glass with ice. Express lemon peel over the glass, and add peel to drink.

Nutty Like a Fruit Cake

1 1/2 oz Blended Rum
1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
1/4 oz Allspice Dram
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Orgeat
2 Dashes Sullivan Luxury Orange Bitters
Cinnamon stick and lemon wheel for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, strain into a rocks glass with ice. Add garnishes.

Coco Blue

2oz White Rum
1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2oz of Coconut Syrup
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime
Lime Wheel for garnish

Combine in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Add Garnish.

1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
1 tsp Fernet
1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Pineapple fronds for Garnish

Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a glass and top with ice. Add garnish.
