Happy Project Management Day! How are you celebrating?

Some team members may need prescriptive direction when completing activities and tasks that are new and unfamiliar. Majority of the time, team members may be completing work they’ve done before, and with a slightly different flavour. Micromanagement can create friction. Assess and be mindful of how our team members function within the realm of trust and empowerment. Many times this may mean a supportive role that gets out of the way to do what they do best. This then eliminates friction and creates flow in our teams and projects. We describe flow as focussed attention with a feeling of effortless effort.
