You feel stuck because you’ve been leading from a version of you that isn’t real.

Here is my story...

I am one of the most intense people that I know. When I put my mind to something, nothing gets in my way. At the same time, I’m all over the place.

I’m where deep focus, structure, and intensity collide with fluidity.

For most of my adult life, I carried shame about this.

Over the last 6 years, I’ve learned to accept it as a gift.

It wasn’t until I stopped leading programs for one of the largest personal development companies on the planet that I fully owned who I am. Ironically, I led a program called “The Self-Expression and Leadership Program,” and by no means was I self-expressed.

I’m not here to throw darts. I’m beyond grateful for that chapter and the training.

I was trained at the highest level in this industry (think Navy SEALs of coaching), and at the same time, I was boxed into dogma and righteousness that crushed parts of who I am.

Here’s the truth…

Transformation happens when logic and frequency work in tandem. It’s a dance within you. It’s not just intellectual.

If I relied on intellect alone, I’d be telling you what everyone else says:

…Do more.
…Do this.
…Do that.
…Follow this strategy.
…Scale this.

I don’t play that game.

The masculine will only take you so far. Strategy will only take you so far.

You know this if you keep hitting the same wall.

The frequency domain—the feminine—is where I’m gifted.

My ability to see the unseen, hear the unsaid, and connect patterns isn’t coming from thinking. I don’t fully understand how I do it—I just do. It’s who I am.
