Oh my goodness–I am so excited! After weeks of prep, I can finally announce that December Dailies–my first free program AND my first release of full length workout videos–is coming to you!✨
Launching December 1st, 2022, December Dailies is a 31-day calendar of guided workouts, stretches, and recipes for you to enjoy each day of the month. However, this calendar is not a “challenge.”
December Dailies is gentle, inclusive, and aimed at beginner to intermediate exercisers. The goal is daily movement to encourage an active lifestyle and awareness of your own body. It is an opportunity to set time aside for yourself, check in with your health, and set new goals with the guidance of a qualified and experienced health and fitness professional.
On the morning of the 1st, I’ll release a preview of the entire calendar (which will be available for download) along with the activity for Day 1. From then on, simply check the Instagram page each day of December that requires new material. All new content will be dropped at 6 AM EST with all full length videos linked to YouTube.
Mark your calendars and gear up for a month of fun with just a touch of holiday flare thrown in the mix! Let’s transition into the New Year feeling amazing.💙

Nobody can tell you what's best for you better than yourself!
This applies to many areas of life, including your workout routine. If something feels wrong, painful, or leaves you depleted and weak, your body could be trying to tell you to stop. Trust how you feel by moving in a way that is uniquely yours while still remaining mindful of safe form. This will reduce your risk of injury, increase your workout frequency, and improve your enjoyment of exercise. Your mind and body will thank you for it!💛
