Today, we proudly celebrate Fabiola Dadiane, whose journey with MMI is a true reflection of growth, dedication, and leadership.

Fabiola joined MMI two years ago as a volunteer, bringing her passion for community service and youth empowerment. Through her commitment, hard work, and willingness to learn, she gradually took on greater responsibilities and emerged as a dependable leader within the organization.

This year, she took a bold step forward by serving as the Event Coordinator and Host of the official MMI Girls in STEAM Education Program Launch and Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Event. With confidence, professionalism, and grace, she helped coordinate the event and welcomed guests, speakers, panelists, and participants, contributing significantly to its success.

Her journey reminds us that leadership is not about where you start—it’s about your willingness to grow, serve, and embrace opportunities. Fabiola’s story is an inspiration to young girls everywhere that with determination, support, and belief in oneself, anything is possible.
