The Smile Team

Six years ago today, I opened The Smile Team — in the midst of COVID and surrounded by clinics, uncertainty, and fear.

I didn’t start with all the answers. I just believed that if I stayed honest in my work, confident in my clinical skills, and kept showing up every day, things would fall into place.

Looking back now, becoming a clinic owner gave me more than a business — it gave me autonomy, purpose, and the ability to build a culture alongside a team I genuinely adore.

Fear never really disappears. You just learn that it doesn’t deserve the final decision! So whatever it is that you want … I’d say you owe it to yourself to give it a shot! Godspeed!

Proud of this amazing team. During Ramadan some of our staff have been fasting, which meant a few adjusted hours at the clinic. Thank you to our patients for your patience and kindness — we truly appreciate it. We’ll be back to regular hours in about two weeks.
