Do step ups to improve balance & build your legs,do it freely & raise the conclusion set, do it with weight on both sides to build thicker stronger legs "also improve balance on 1 leg, or do it with 1 weight on 1 side either in right or left hand which will target the muscles in your legs differently. Hate squats? Make these your entire leg session, or add some lunges in there with them with the same amount of reps & sets & you will have a fantastic/effective leg session.🧘🏿♂️
1.Just make sure you push from your heel.👊🏿
2.Squeeze at the top without locking out.☝🏿
