Turned down, again.

We just heard back from and unfortunately, we weren’t selected again this season - our third year applying and third time being turned down.

Of course, we’re a bit disappointed. Being part of the Leslieville community and located just steps from the park, we were really hoping to share what we do with more of our neighbours this year.

We understand how competitive these markets can be, but we’re also a little confused about the “menu balancing” aspect - especially when there seem to be multiple vendors offering very similar items. We’re always trying to bring something different to the table with loose leaf organic teas, bubble tea, and Filipino-inspired treats.

That said, we still appreciate the opportunity and the work that goes into organizing the market.
