The Senior Manager, Marketing and Partnership will work directly with the division leader and client(s) to execute marketing and experiential campaigns, deliver creative solutions, set up and achieve strategic goals for both seasonal and ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment with our cross-functional team
• Ex*****on of multi-channel marketing strategy and continuously scout for new partnership opportunities for clients
• Use CRM system to update job orders, leads report, filing documents, proposals, and meetings
• Develop and implement sponsorship and brand marketing across integrated channels, such as social media, public relations, experiential marketing, and events
• Consolidate client-agency relationship and add value on existing
• Build profitable proposals and negotiate terms and conditions with partners of the client
• Plan mortems of market condition and variables; and bring out our A-Game in seasonal kick-offs

Requirements

• Native Chinese speaker (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a MUST due to project requirement and market segment, duties including Chinese language copywriting and social media management
• Minimum 3-5 years of extensive experiences on proven record of account management, agency experience is a plus
• Solid skills on managing social media campaigns, groups, pages, and well-presented to clients about campaigns on partnership deployment plan and analytic reports
• Successful leadership of teammates and clients, Exceptional skills in communication with patience

We serve both B2B and B2C markets in the North America and East Asia region.

Team Lead, Programmatic & Paid Search

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Division Lead(s), the team lead needs to drive Conversion and ROI through Paid Ads on marketing lifecycles of client campaigns. Daily tasks including project advisory to guide team members on remarketing, retention, and business development for client projects

• QA management and maximize operational efficiency across channel marketing, provide support to team on social media paid ad tagging/trafficking, optimizing, negotiating, research and consolidation

• Ensure marketing campaigns with cross-channel/ integrated media performance are on track, with use of cutting-edge data targeting, audience buying, and review drafts by junior team members

Requirements

• Paid Ad Specializations: Google Ad (Dynamic/ Performance Max/ GMB/ DV360/ Shop), YouTube Ad, Facebook Ad (Lead Gen, Shop Ad, Carousel Ad conversion), Instagram Ad (Shop Ad), Tik Tok Ad, and other third-party vendors

• Minimum 3 years of extensive Paid Ad experience with proved book of success (such as bidding, A/B testing, QA, CRM cycles, analyzing data, identifying patterns & Ad set learning mechanism)

• Comfortable liaising with clients daily, and as a trusted advisory for team members; Compose client facing (B2B/ B2C) POVs to evaluate search and social media campaigns

• MUST be fluent in Chinese (Reading skills in Simplified or Traditional Chinese) and English
