You will ajust more gradually by starting the day 15 mins later each day. Early morning wakes often take some sleep coaching to quit so DM me if you need more help! 🔅 If your toddler often sleeps in if you let them, I’d let them start the day as late as they want on Saturday (no more than an hour to line up with the time change). You’d then proceed as if you’re already on the new time with nap and bed being an hour later than usual. 🔅If you’re not as lucky but don’t usually struggle with early morning wakes I’d adjust your child’s nap and bed time by 30 mins on Saturday - so nap and bed would be 30 mins later than usual. On Sunday if they don’t seem ready for their usual nap time you may need to adjust it by 30 mins (later) and then bed time as well but by Monday you'd be back on your usual schedule. 11/02/2021
